This role is responsible for coordinating Kinaway-hosted functions and events, managing appointments at the the Kinaway Creative Space, and providing administrative support across the organisation. The role is dynamic and member-facing, requiring excellent organisational skills, cultural sensitivity, and a strong team ethic.

Membership Coordinator

Part-time (3–4 days per week or five days school hours)

Location: Kinaway Office – 163 Eastern Rd, South Melbourne VIC 3205

The Membership Coordinator is responsible for providing practical, day-to-day support across all areas of the Kinaway membership process. This includes managing enquiries, processing applications, maintaining accurate data, contacting members, and assisting with the coordination of member-focused events and services.
