Kinaway Lunch and Learn: Black Cladding - with Dwayne Good

Date: Thursday September 25th
Time: 12pm – 1.30pm
Location: Via Zoom – Invite via Outlook once registered

Dwayne Good is a proud Bundjalung man and the founder of InTravel Group, one of Australia’s leading Indigenous-owned corporate travel management companies. With a strong background in corporate travel and a deep commitment to economic empowerment for First Nations people, Dwayne has spent over a decade building a business that delivers excellence while staying true to cultural values.

Earlier in his journey, Dwayne was involved in a joint venture that, while well-intentioned, exposed the risks of unequal partnerships and the structural limitations they can place on true Indigenous leadership. That experience taught him the importance of independence, capability-building, and the need for Indigenous businesses to own and lead their growth on their own terms.

Dwayne is a former board member of the Kinaway Chamber of Commerce and has served as an Indigenous Advisory Group member for Supply Nation, helping shape national supplier diversity frameworks. He continues to advocate for systems that go beyond symbolic support, calling for direct investment, accountability, and meaningful action from both government and corporate Australia.

Today, Dwayne is a passionate voice for building sustainable, Indigenous-led businesses that don’t rely on partnerships to be seen as credible. He believes real change comes through capability, integrity, and consistent delivery — backed by fair and transparent procurement practices.
