Fulton Hogan Partners with Kinaway!
Overview of the Partner’s business
Fulton Hogan delivers high-quality infrastructure to improve the lives of people in Australia and New Zealand, every day. Our 10,000 strong team works in every kind of weather, creating, connecting, and caring for communities. Our large geographic footprint and the strong sense of pride and ownership within our regional businesses and project sites means that we are locals, and seek to give back to the communities we live and work in.
How has the Partner engaged with the Indigenous sector?
Fulton Hogan’s vision for reconciliation is for active, genuine and respectful engagement with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and peoples in all regions to support social and economic equality through employment and procurement in our infrastructure projects and operations. Our vision for reconciliation builds upon our community foundations of “Creating, connecting, and caring for communities” and we use our REAL values (Respect, Energy & Effort, Attitude and Leadership) to drive Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultural awareness and education within our organisation and industry.
We were honoured to receive the 2023 Corporate Partner Excellence and the 2024 Corporate Innovation in Indigenous Partnership Awards at the Kinaway Aboriginal Business Awards. These awards demonstrate our commitment to building genuine relationships that create positive change.
