This session provides an in-depth exploration of racism in the Australian context, examining its historical roots and how it manifests across systemic, institutional, and individual levels. Particular attention is given to the ongoing impacts of racism on First Peoples.
Additionally, the session offers a brief overview of how organisations and businesses can recognise and address racism within the workplace, and outlines practical approaches to reducing its impact in corporate environments.
